Registration Fees*

Advanced Registration (until March 31, 2013):
25,000 Yen/full delegate, 12,000 Yen/student**

Late Registration (April 1, 2013 and after):
30,000 Yen/full delegate, 15,000 Yen/student**

* Registration fee includes the banquet fee.
** Student identification is necessary at the registration desk on arrival.

Important dates

  • January 31, 2013: Deadline of submission of extended abstracts
  • January 31 Mid February, 2013: Start of online registration
  • March 31, 2013: Deadline of advanced registration
