Registration

Registration timeline

• Pre-registration until October 31, 2006 (JST) to avoid a JPY 6,000 late registraton fee.
• Late registiration until November 25, 2006 (JST).
• Onsite Registration after November 25, 2006 (JST).

Registration Fees

• Member of (SEGJ / KSEG / SEG / EAGE / EEGS / VAG) or supporting societies in Japan
• Non-member above
• Students*

The fee doesn't include alcohol at opening beer party and reception.

^* Student ID (IDentification card) is required at the time of registration on the reception desk.

Online Registration

Receipt

• All who register online will receive a receipt by e-mail.
• All registrants will receive a receipt attached to your badge that will be given to you at on-site reception desk.

Meeting Abstracts

• The registration fee includes a copy of the proceedings.
• Meeting abstracts are available as a printed paper volume (JPY 7,000).

Cancellation

• You must send written notification of cancellation to SEGJ, by fax or e-mail: .
• The full registration fee will be refunded if written noitification is receieved at SEGJ by October 31, 2006(JST).
• Between November 1 and November 10, 2006, a JPY 2,000 processing fee will be deducted from the amounted paid.
• Refunds will not be processed after November 10, 2006.
