VISA assistance
The authors who needs the entry permits (Visa) to Japan to participate in the SEGJ 8th International Symposium are suggested to send the attached VISA application form to the organization committee (
) for official support by the organization
committee. SEGJ will assist you in obtaining Visa by issuing the
invitation letters and if required, additional official documents.
We start preparing our support upon your registration to the Symposium. The organizing committee reimburse full registration fee when your VISA has not been issued by the Symposium only if both the VISA application and the registration have been completed by September 24, 2006, i.e., two months before the Symposium.
